5. Your failure to honor the dues and issuing a dishonored instrument constitutes offenses punishable under:
(a) Section 138 and Section 141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881;
(b) Section 318(4) (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (formerly IPC Section 420); and
(c) Section 316 (Criminal Breach of Trust) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (formerly IPC Section 406).
6. I therefore call upon you to make the payment of the said amount of Rs.
