Consulting Services Agreement

CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT This Consulting Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [DATE] between [CONSULTING_FIRM_NAME] ("Consultant") and [CLIENT_NAME] ("Client"). 1. Scope of Engagement. The Consultant shall provide consulting services as described in the attached Scope of Work ("SOW"). The Consultant shall provide strategic advice, analysis, and recommendations based on [AREA_OF_EXPERTISE]. 2. Consultant Responsibilities.
