Employment Separation Agreement
EMPLOYMENT SEPARATION AGREEMENT
This Employment Separation Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [DATE] by and between [COMPANY_NAME] ("Company") and [EMPLOYEE_NAME] ("Employee").
WHEREAS the Company and Employee have agreed to terminate the employment relationship between them as of [SEPARATION_DATE]; and
WHEREAS the parties desire to set forth the terms and conditions of such termination.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein:

4. Return of Property. Employee agrees to return all Company property, including laptops, access badges, documents, and any other materials, by [RETURN_DATE]. Failure to return Company property may result in forfeiture of severance benefits.
5. Confidentiality and Non-Compete. Employee acknowledges that they have had access to confidential business information of the Company. 6. Non-Disparagement. Employee agrees not to make any negative statements or disparaging remarks regarding the Company, its officers, directors, or business practices, publicly or privately.

8. Release of Claims. In exchange for the severance benefits described above, Employee hereby releases and waives any and all claims against the Company arising out of or relating to Employee's employment or termination thereof.
