Employment Separation Agreement

EMPLOYMENT SEPARATION AGREEMENT This Employment Separation Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [DATE] by and between [COMPANY_NAME] ("Company") and [EMPLOYEE_NAME] ("Employee"). WHEREAS the Company and Employee have agreed to terminate the employment relationship between them as of [SEPARATION_DATE]; and WHEREAS the parties desire to set forth the terms and conditions of such termination. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein: 1. Severance Payment.
