FOUNDER ADVISOR STANDARD AGREEMENT (FAST)

1. SERVICES

4. CONFIDENTIALITY
Advisor agrees not to disclose, replicate, or use for any purpose other than providing the Services any confidential, technical, or financial information of Company.
5. INDEPENDENT ADVISOR STATUS
Advisor is an independent contractor and not an employee or agent. Advisor has no authority to bind the Company contractually.
6. TERM AND TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon [TERMINATION_NOTICE_DAYS: e.g. 14] days prior written notice. Upon termination, vesting of advisory equity shall immediately cease.
7. GOVERNING LAW
