HUF Creation Deed

DECLARATION OF HINDU UNDIVIDED FAMILY (HUF) I, [KARTA_NAME], son of [FATHER_NAME], aged about [AGE] years, residing at [ADDRESS], do hereby declare and state on solemn affirmation as follows: 1. That I am a Hindu governed by the Mitakshara School of Hindu Law. 2. That I am married and my wife's name is [WIFE_NAME]. I have [NUMBER_OF_CHILDREN] children, namely [CHILDREN_NAMES], who are coparceners/members of the joint family. 3. That out of natural love and affection, a sum of ₹[CORPUS_AMOUNT] (Rupees [AMOUNT_IN_WORDS]) was gifted to my Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) by my father/relative [DONOR_NAME] on [DATE_OF_GIFT] vide a gift deed/cheque no. [CHEQUE_NO] drawn on [BANK_NAME], [BRANCH_NAME]. 4. That the said gift was accepted by me on behalf of my HUF, and the same forms the initial corpus of the HUF. 5. That I am the Karta (Manager) of the said HUF, and I am managing the affairs, funds, and properties of the HUF for the benefit of all the coparceners/members. 7. That the funds of the HUF have been deposited in a bank account opened in the name of the HUF at [BANK_NAME], [BRANCH_NAME], bearing Account No. [ACCOUNT_NUMBER]. 8. That the HUF shall be assessed to income tax as a separate entity under the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961, and I shall apply for a separate Permanent Account Number (PAN) for the HUF. 9.
