Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") is executed on [DATE] at [CITY] by and between: [PARTY_1_NAME], a [Government/Private] entity, represented by [REPRESENTATIVE_NAME], [DESIGNATION], (hereinafter called the "First Party"), AND [PARTY_2_NAME], a [Government/Private] entity, represented by [REPRESENTATIVE_NAME], [DESIGNATION], (hereinafter called the "Second Party").
