2. The Releasee shall hereafter become the absolute and exclusive owner of the Schedule Property, and shall be entitled to hold, possess, and enjoy the same without any interference, hindrance, or objection from the Releasor.
3. The Releasor hereby confirms that they have no further claim, right, title, or interest whatsoever in the Schedule Property, and the Releasee is free to deal with the property in any manner they deem fit.
4. The Releasor undertakes to execute any further documents or deeds as may be required by the Releasee to perfect their title to the Schedule Property.
