RESIDENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT
This Residential Lease Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this [DATE], by and between [LANDLORD_NAME] ("Landlord") and [TENANT_NAME] ("Tenant").
1. PREMISES
Landlord hereby leases to Tenant, and Tenant leases from Landlord, the residential premises located at:

2. TERM

7. RIGHT OF ENTRY
