Legal Services Retainer Agreement

LEGAL SERVICES RETAINER AGREEMENT This Legal Services Retainer Agreement ("Agreement") is executed on [DATE] between [LAW_FIRM_NAME], Advocates & Solicitors, represented by [PARTNER_NAME], Partner, having their office at [LAW_FIRM_ADDRESS] (hereinafter called the "Advocates"), AND [CLIENT_NAME], represented by [CLIENT_REPRESENTATIVE_NAME], [DESIGNATION], residing/situated at [CLIENT_ADDRESS] (hereinafter called the "Client"). WHEREAS the Client desires to retain the Advocates to provide ongoing legal services and advice. NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES.
