Software License Agreement

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is effective [DATE] between [SOFTWARE_COMPANY_NAME] ("Licensor") and [LICENSEE_NAME] ("Licensee"). 1. License Grant. Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software product known as "[SOFTWARE_NAME]" (the "Software") solely for Licensee's internal business purposes. 2. License Restrictions.
