This Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of 05/07/2026 (the "Effective Date"), by and between Glomiq Solutions Pvt Ltd, and Acme Software Corp (collectively, the "Parties").

The Parties wish to enter into discussions regarding evaluating a strategic product partnership (the "Business Purpose"). In connection with the Business Purpose, either party may disclose certain confidential technical, financial, or business information ("Confidential Information").

The receiving party agrees to hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence and shall not disclose it to any third party for a period of five (5) years from the Effective Date, except as authorized in writing by the disclosing party.
